Kerosine Light has become available for sale after a very encouraging performance in March 2022 at Gowren Park. Running in his first race under rules in the Goresbridge Maiden Hurdle (Div I) (4-5yo)
Kerosine Light was prominent in 3rd or 4th place for the majority of the 2m distance. Still very inexperienced Kerosine Light rallied over the last 2 furlongs to finish only half a length behind the winner. An extra 50 yards and he would of won easily. He also got boxed in for room and had to manoeuvre past tiring horses to make his late run. For such a young horse to have the strength and stamina to stay on in heavy ground confirms he will only get better with more experience and of course under the guidance of Donald McCain.
To finish a close 2nd in an Irish Maiden 2m race you have to have a lot of potential and we feel we have another very promising horse to add to our syndicate. Kerosine Light will arrive the first week of April at Donald McCains Bankhouse stables and will be looking to make his UK debut within the next month.
** All Shares from Kensington Art will be transferred over to Kerosine Light with immediate effect.** Any new shares can still be purchased from our website for a one off payment ONLY £50.00. The syndicate term will run until 31st December 2023 when all shares will be up for renewal.
